NEW TRUMPRX.GOV WEBSITE CLAIMS TREMENDOUS SAVINGS ON PRESCRIPTIONS

New TrumpRX.gov may save you big money on Prescription drugs

The US Government just launched a new website that claims extensive savings on many prescription drugs, including weight loss prescriptions.

TrumpRX.gov  claims the following discounts, as examples, of savings:

Wegovy Pill          Originally $1,349       Discount Price $149

Wgovy Pen            Originally $1,349       Discount Price $199

Ozempic                  Originally $1,028      Discount Price $199

The website claims that many other commonly prescribed drugs have been discounted, too, and other drugs will be added in future.

TrumpRX.gov does not sell or dispense drugs.  Your doctor will still send your prescriptions to your chosen pharmacy and the pharmacy, supposedly, will fill the prescription at the discounted price.

There is a protection, however, for the pharmacy.  The pharmacy is not required to sell the drug at a cost below the price paid by the pharmacy.

Based on early information available about TrumpRX.gov, insurance companies do not participate in the plan.  The prices on the website assume that the patient is paying cash for the drug.

The information we provide here is based on early reports and we don't claim to have all the details of the pricing plan.  You should contact your pharmacy or doctor about any prescription you need and check on the price of the drug in advance.

This website, it's creators or sponsors do not guarantee any prescription availability or price and we are not responsible for any incorrect information included or information omitted.   We pass this along as something you may wish to investigate for yourself.

HOW TO COMPLETE A FUNCTION REPORT OR ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING FORM

After you apply for Social Security Disability (SSDI), you will be sent a FUNCTION REPORT to fill out and return.  This form asks a lot of very detailed questions about your daily activities:  driving, cooking, cleaning, dressing, visiting others, hobbies, etc. The Social Security Administration will use your answers to determine whether you can work or not.  You must show on this Function Report that you have limitations that do not permit you to work a full-time job.  You do this by showing your limitations in activities of daily living. Your goal in the Function Report is to show the struggles and challenges you have with everyday life.  It may not be sufficient to answer a question with "Yes" and fail to explain. For example:  "Can you drive?"  If you answer "Yes," Social Security will assume that your ability to drive is unlimited:  you can drive anytime, anywhere and as often or as far as you want.  That may not be true and would need t...

CAN YOU WIN YOUR DISABILITY APPEAL WITHOUT A LAWYER?

The Social Security Administration does not require you to have a lawyer to file an appeal or to appear at a hearing.  However, most people heading for a disability hearing will hire a lawyer or advocate to help them.   Studies have shown that you are about twice as likely to win with a lawyer.  A recent study found that claimants with no lawyer win about 30 percent of the time while claimants with a lawyer or advocate win 60 percent of the time.   " He just cooked his own goose." These statistics cover only one aspect of a disability appear--your odds of winning. The other important aspects are time and convenience. If you prepare and adjudicate your own disability appeal, expect to spend 12 to 24 months working on the case.  You will be collecting, reading and submitting hundreds or thousands of pages of medical records.  These records are complex and often difficult to understand.  And you must know how each medical record helps (or hurts) your dis...

RED FLAGS IN SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CASES

RED FLAGS IN A SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CASE A red flag is something that causes concern or raises a problem in a Social Security disability case.   In short, it’s something that may get the claim denied or cause a big problem. Here are some of the red flags that we see crop up: ·          Work after the alleged onset date (AOD).   Since the process takes so long, many claimants feel that they are forced to return to work for income.   Social Security often sees this as a sign that the claimant is not disabled. ·          Severe substance abuse.   Chronic and frequent abuse of drugs or alcohol can pose problems. ·           A skimpy work record.   A claimant who has worked very little or has jumped from job to job frequently may not have good credibility. ·          Quitting wo...
